Q-2 If one is praying Taraweeh prayers alone in his house (As there is no Masjid in a 60 mile radius), can he pray loudly or he has to pray silently according to Hanafi School.
A-2 Alhamdulillah wassalatu wassalamu ala ashrafa rasulillah
If he is praying in the house with the congregation ( Jamaat) it is necessary to recite loudly (if he is the Imam) and if he is praying alone he has a choice to recite loudly or silently in mind. In Fatawa Hindiya it is stated:
It is necessary ( Wajib) to recite loudly in prayers which are recited loud and necessary to recite silently in prayers which are recited silently in mind. In the Tarawih and Witr it is necessary to recite loud if he is the Imam. And if (in case if he is alone) and performing the prayer in which recitation is not loud then it is necessary to recite silently. And if this is a loud prayer ( he has a choice to recite loudly or silently.) Howevrer when he is praying alone it is better not to recite too loud like the Imam because there is no one to hear his recitation .
And Allah knows the best.
